Today was KenpoX. I really love this workout and felt great through it. Heart rate got up high (but not too high) and I really sweated through it.
I did not skip days 10 (arms and back- definitely getting stronger), day 11 (yoga- this is really a remarkable workout that I did after my first day of work- fantastic), day 12 (legs- this is so hard- lots of squats and WALL SITS!!!).
My eating has been great. I have been logging every calorie in "Fit Day" so that makes me completely accountable for everything I eat. I have averaged about 1500 calories a day and I really don't feel persistently hungry. Eating a higher proportion of protein and eating frequently (every 3 or so hours) keeps me feeling pretty good. And the alcohol has been very minimal. That helps me not lose control.
I have also added a supplement called Irvingia gabonensis that I will take twice a day. The data looks good. I read about it in the Life Extension magazine.
Tomorrow I work and have a rest day. That works out great since my day will start at 7 AM and end at 7PM.
I will weigh tomorrow!
