Day 24

Well, I'm still going strong! Have not missed one workout even while starting a new job. and that has been challenging on some days to come home after 12 hours and then do a 90 minute workout.
The eating plan has been going well too. I am not obsessing about eating a few banned foods or having a glass of wine now and then and I am averaging about 1600-1700 calories a day.
On day 21, the 3 week mark, I weighed 150.4 lbs. That's a 4.2 lb weight loss! Even better, I have lost inches and bodyfat. My clothes are fitting much better and I can see my abs.
Total inches lost: 5.75 inches: waist- 2.5, hips- .75, thighs- 1.25, calves-.25

The new workout this week (week 4- rest week) is called Core Synergistics and OMG!! it's HARD! So much for the "rest"!
But what is so great about this program is that it is a continual challenge. I see room for improvement in every workout. And I can really see my progress in strength.
I could not do a regular push up when I started and now I can do about 10 in a row.
My core is getting stronger and I feel great.
I will post my 4 week pictures next Thursday and my new stats then.
