Today was Yoga. I must say I'm becoming quite a bit more flexible and strong!
Feeling blah and tired of this regimen. I have not been too good with the diet as I'm finding myself snacking on really bad stuff at night. it's my old bad pattern popping up again. I think I need more carbs during the day to keep me from bingeing at night.
Tomorrow I weigh myself and we shall see. My clothes are fitting better and I think I look better... just want the extra pounds gone. Yesterday.
Studying for boards. But at the moment, procrastinating. I have a feeling if I can keep it on track in the next week, I will get over this rough spot in motivation. My hard thing is that I will be traveling some in the next few weeks. Have to figure out how to do an equivalent workout and eat well when I'm gone.
